Since there is autumn already it is time to talk about something seasonal: cranberries. Those beautiful little fruits can be found in all kinds of forms like: fresh, frozen, dried, pureed, juice or nectar but of course the best way to get the maximum amount of nutrients is to enjoy them as fresh and ripe as possible. Their sweet and sour taste is a very nice addition to the raw vegan recipes.

I` m going to show you 2 nice recipes to enjoy these beauties of nature.
The basic ingredients are pretty much the same:
coconut flakes
dried or fresh cranberries
coconut sugar
cashew flour made from grounded cashews
and a little bit of cinnamon, vanilla or ginger as spices
After we mix the ingredients into a food processor we can either roll them into balls or make a roll and decorate these with cinnamon, cocoa powder, dried cranberries and coconut flakes.
