One day meal plan

Both chinese and ayurvedic medicine systems agree on the fact that it is best to eat the biggest meal in the first hours of the day, meaning anywhere from 8 to 12 o’clock it’s good timing. Another great thing to do in the morning is to start your day with foods that are easy to digest like smoothies, fruits and juices, in this way you are giving your digestive system some time to easily wake up and start working.

  

One exemple of a nice breakfast is a blueberry smoothie made from: blueberries or any other berries or a mix of rasperries, cranberries, blueberries and blackberries which are a great source of antioxidants, mixed with nut milk, agave nectar, bananas and spices like cinnamon, orange peel, ginger, cardamon.

Main course can be salad mixed with nut pate, lemon juice, cold pressed olive oil and seed mix to sprinkle on top.

This pate is made from beet which gives it it’s pink colour, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast flakes, lemon juice, oregano and basil.

For dessert or for a sweet tasty treat some raw candies are a fulfilling, healthy and nutritious choice.

Here we have some coconut candies made from nuts mixed with dates, vanilla, coconut oil, coconut flakes and also sprinkled with some coconut flakeson top. Yummi and delicious!
