Its winter and it`s cold outside so it`s time for a delicious, crunchy, tasty bread recipe, made healthier very easy by using coconut oil as a nutritious source of fats, seeds and seed floor as basics for the dough and spices and seeds for decoration.

First step is to soak one cup of flaxseed for about 2 hours until it makes a thick consistency which is going to hold everything together.

Next step is to grind a mix of the following seeds: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseed and combine them with water and coconut flour for a yummy flavour.

Another step is combining soaked flaxseed with the combination of grinded seed mix and water. After that we add some oregano, some nutritional yeast flakes, and other spices of choice, we mix them with some coconut oil and make some bread shapes which we will then decorate with a mix of seeds and/or spices and we leave them in the dehidrator/oven at low temperature until they get a crunchy texture.
