One of the flavors that really pleases so many of us is caramel flavor. The good thing about this caramel flavor is that it comes in a very healthy and delicious combination of raw foods so much better than the  conventional way.

Before we dive into the raw caramel flavor and usages of this amazing mix of fresh and dried ingredients let`s first take a look at the idea of change which still is so frightening to most of us.

First month of the year has almost passed but January is still a good time of the year to design your lifestyle and start attracting abundance and joy. I believe that what is the most important thing about change is the fact that by changing ourselves and by working on our own healing we make the world a better place and we bring a better influence to the people surrounding us. We cannot change others but instead we can actually change the way we see things, the way we understand and react to events taking place in our lives and this is a great thing. It is always about how you choose to see things and how you interpret what is happening that helps you to live a better live, to live a peaceful and fulfilling life, filled with love and gratitude. One step at a time we can change our lifestyle to achieve great health, peace of mind and a lovely body.

Raw foods are very versatile, especially when we are talking about nuts and seeds. We can make cookies, cakes and main courses such as soups and pates starting from the same basic ingredient: cashews, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, etc. Cashew is probably the best  of them all, which makes it a perfect ingredient both for creams, cakes and other sweets but also for things such as pates or appetizers. The most important aspect is the fact that each one of those varieties of nuts and seeds has its own benefits so in order to be healthy and balanced in our nutritional input it is essential to rotate them and diversify as much as possible, something which is also great for keeping us excited and enthusiast about this lovely lifestyle.

Speaking of cashew, one of the best combinations including is simply dates and cashews. We soak the dates to have a moist consistency, we mix them with the cashews is the blender, add some vanilla, lemon juice, cinnamon or other spices of our choice and we`ve got ourselves a lovely, healthy, satisfying and energizing dessert. It can be enjoyed as a smoothie or we can use it as the cream filling for a raw cake.

Always remember that you design your own existence and you have the power to change your life. Step by step you and only you can upgrade your health and once you get the beautiful feeling of being at peace with your body and mind you`ll see that from this point it all comes naturally, it just flows.
