One way to enjoy the benefits of coconuts is to make a healthy raw vegan dessert like some coconut balls, which comes with a balanced amount of good fats, a sweet and delicious taste and a creamy texture, making it really easy to digest and really easy to make. All you need are the following ingredients:
1-2 cups coconut flakes
2 Tbs coconut oil
1 cup dates
1 cup cashews
vanilla powder
1 Tbs cocoa butter.

We mix the ingredients in a blender or a food processor until they stick together creating a thick consistency, then we roll them in a white glaze, which is made simply of two main items: coconut oil and agave syrup. Finally we decorate them by rolling them in coconut flakes and make nice small balls. The taste is great and the texture is absolutely creamy and wonderful.
