Making a raw chocolate is another beautiful idea to prepare a delicious recipe using the basic ingredients: coconut oil/cocoa butter or a mixture of both, agave nectar/ maple syrup/ coconut syrup and of course cocoa powder or carob powder but this is not the only way to make chocolate candies. Using some forest fruits and some cashews we can make savory chocolate in all kinds of colors. All that we need are the following ingredients:

1 cup soaked cashews

1/2 cup forest fruits of choice

2-3 tbs agave nectar

1/2 tbs vanilla powder

2-3 tbs organic coconut oil

2-3 tbs organic cacao butter

2-3 tbs organic cacao

2 tbs cacao nibs.

We mix the basic ingredients first, but leave the cacao powder aside from the mixture for the moment, then we divided this cream into more parts and using different flavors we make vanilla candies, chocolate candies, forest fruit candies etc. We put those delicious creams into some ice forms and then we leave them in the freezer for about 1-2 hours.

In a similar way we can make chococolate with dried fruits or coconut flakes or any other spices of our choice such as cinnamon, mint, orange, lemon, raisins, dates, goji berries etc.

When the wonderful candies are ready, we can take them out of the freezer and share them with our lovely friends and family members and spread the joy of eating healthy delicious desserts made in a way that is as simple and as natural as possible.
