Raspberry Chia Pudding

This chia pudding is very easy to make, colorful and lovely tasting so give it a try! Also feel free to use your own imagination and try all kinds of spices and flavors to find your favorite chia pudding. Yum!

The ingredients for making this pink beautiful dessert are:

1/2 cup raspberries

1/2 cup cashew milk

vanilla

2-3 Tbs chia seeds

1 Tbs coconut oil.

Using a blender we mix the cashew milk with the raspberries, vanilla and coconut oil until we get a creamy texture, next we pour it in a nice looking bowl or a nice glass and add the chia seeds, mixing them until we have a thick, creamy consistency. Finally we add some more raspberries, coconut flakes and cacao nibs on top of it and take a bite of this lovely looking colorful dessert.
