Chocolate Pudding

A great idea for a lovely breakfast or a delicious afternoon snack is a chocolate banana pudding. Creamy and sweet, decorated with some nuts, raisins and coconut flakes it just looks amazing. It is delicious, fulfilling and a wonderful looking dessert so let`s see what goodies do we need for making this raw vegan delight.

First we have the crust, from the bottom of our pudding, which is made of the following ingredients:

1/2 cup nuts

1-2 tbs coconut sugar

1-2 tbs cacao powder

vanilla

1-2 tbs coconut oil and cacao butter.

After mixing those ingredients in the food processor until we have a smooth consistency, we spread the crust on the bottom of a beautiful looking bowl or a nice jar.

Next layer is a banana layer made simply by slicing a banana and making a nice layer out of those slices.

Finally we have our cream filling which is made of the following ingredients:

1 and 1/2 banana

2-3 tbs cacao powder

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk,

2-3 tbs agave nectar

2-3 tbs coconut oil

cinnamon.

We blend those ingredients and pour the cream on top of the crust and the banana layer. Then we decorate it with some nuts, raisins and coconut flakes and enjoy it with our lovely friends and family members. It is tasty, creamy and delicious.

Have fun enjoying the beauties of living a raw vegan lifestyle!

Please stop posting so many good-looking puddings!
I’m trying to cut down on the sweet stuff here and I’m constantly like “hmm, maybe we’ll make *this* one at the weekend” when I read your blog.
