
A wonderful choice for the summer season is to make a raw vegan tomato soup. It is creamy, fresh and delicious and it tastes absolutely amazing so eating healthy is a beautiful and healthy practice made easier by simply enjoying more and more fresh foods every day.
For this tomato soup recipe we need the following ingredients:
100 g cashews
2 small tomatoes
1 carrot
juice of one lemon
2-3 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
2-3 tbs cold pressed olive oil.

We blend those beautiful ingredients until we have a creamy consistency and then we add some chopped tomatoes, chopped bell pepper, sesame seeds and we can also add some more rice (boiled, of course), or some raw sprouted buckwheat. Finally we sprinkle some fresh chopped dill on top of our lovely and delicious soup and now we can taste it and enjoy it`s vibrant texture and flavors.
