One thing that I love about summer is eating fresh and delicious blackberries. They look amazing, they taste amazing and they are incredibly great for making a colorful raw vegan cake so all you have to do is just give those goodies a try and you will absolutely love them.

For making a blackberry purple cake we need the following ingredients:
Crust
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3-4 Tbs coconut oil
1 cup dates.
Cream filling
1-2 cups fresh blackberies
1 cup cashews
3-4 Tbs agave nectar
3-4 Tbs coconut oil
1 cup water or nut drink.
Use a food processor to mix the ingredients for the crust and process them until you have a sticky and thick consistency which you can then spread on the bottom of a cake form. Use a blender to mix the ingredients for the cream filling and blend them until you have a creamy and smooth consistency which you can now spread on top of the crust. Add some more fresh blackberries and sprinkle with some coconut flakes and cashews. Now you can put the cake into the freezer for a few hours.


When it is done you can take it out of the freezer and slice it and then enjoy a delicious slice of this beautiful looking dessert. Feel free to share this amazing delight with your lovely friends and family members!
