Summer time is definitely a time of the year when most people travel, some may just go to visit their families or family members others may go to exotic destinations or fulfilling any other beautiful desires that they have to visit a specific place and a very important aspect of travelling is of course the food that we eat so that we can be truly happy and energized to enjoy the amazing places we choose to go to.
Eating raw foods while travelling is very easy and simple to do. We can find raw veggies, fruits and greens pretty much every where we go so it is definitely easy to enjoy our holiday. One thing that we might consider is whether we take the blender with us or not. For some people, especially is you have a small one you might consider taking it with you so that you can enjoy more diversity in the textures of your foods but even if you do not take it with you you have still plenty of options to enjoy the delicious summer dream of travelling.


We can find packed greens at pretty much any supermarket and you can choose from a large variety such as spinach, arugula, basil, lettuce and so on and the good thing is that you can buy a mix of those or get individual packs for each green that you want to enjoy on your stay. You can also find veggies such as tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots and others and make a nice and delicious salad with those goodies. Another beautiful thing that you can find at the supermarket is raw seeds and nuts packed individually or combined in various forms and those are a wonderful addition to your beautiful salads. Other things that you can add to your salads are olives, avocados, spices and many more.
One food category that I think you will also be able to find pretty much at any corner, no matter where you go are fruits. When I was travelling I have literally seen fruits everywhere so they are definitely easy to find. They are also affordable. Choose a few of those that seem most attractive to you and enjoy their sweetness and delicious tastes.


Of course if you take the blender or mini blender with you, you will also be able to make smoothies, creams and pates and enjoy those delicious goodies. You can also get some veggie nut drink from the stores or even make your own if you got your blender with you so life is easy even when you are travelling. Eating healthy and delicious is absolutely amazing especially when you are on holiday and you are travelling, your mind is relaxed and your body can heal itself while also enjoying the beauties of the places where you choose to spend your holidays at.
