A salad is a wonderful and delicious way to enjoy lots of veggies and green goodies in a lovely looking way. When we add a delicious sauce to our beautiful looking salad it will just taste amazing. Pine nuts are absolutely great for our health: they have antioxidant properties, they are good for a boost of energy, a good source of healthy fats, a wonderful source of vitamin E, magnesium, vitamin K and many other delicious health benefits.

A great way to enjoy all those benefits of pine nuts and delicious veggies is to make a pine nut salad. For this salad we use the following ingredients:
1-2 radishes
2 small cucumbers
a few romaine and arugula leaves
mix of sprouts
1 small bell pepper
50 g pine nuts.
We chop all the veggies and mix them together with some spinach cream ( you can find the recipe here: https://imprawvise.wordpress.com/2017/10/01/spinach-spread/ ) and then the salad is ready. We sprinkle it with the pine nuts and sprouts mix and now we can share it with our lovely friends and family members. Yum!
