To make this delicious and amazing looking date cake we need the following ingredients:

Crust

150 g rice flour

3-4 Tbs water or more if needed

3-4 Tbs agave nectar

3-4 Tbs coconut oil.

We just mix them in a bowl until we have a nice consistency which we can then spread on the bottom of a cake form. Next step is making the cream fillings. We have a caramel cream filling and a chocolate cream filling. To make the cream fillings we use the following ingredients:

Caramel cream

100 g soaked dates

2-3 Tbs peanut butter

1 Tbs maca powder

3-4 Tbs coconut oil

3-4 Tbs agave nectar

1/2 cup water from soaking the dates or nut milk.

Chocolate cream

2 Tbs of caramel cream

1/4 cup water

4-5 Tbs carob powder

1-2 Tbs coconut oil

1-2 Tbs agave nectar.

We use a blender to mix the ingredients of each cream filling and blend them until smooth. Then we can layer them on top of our crust and make a nice drawing out of the combined chocolate and caramel layers.

Now all we have to do is just put our beautiful cake in the fridge for a few hours and when it is ready we just take it out of the fridge, decorate it with some gorgeous coconut chips and enjoy a delicious slice of this lovely looking beauty. Raw vegan desserts are a wonderful choice for a healthy treat and they are also great for sharing with your lovely friends and family members.
