Today`s recipe is an amazing almond veggie bowl that is a part of my Christmas recipes` series of this week. Each day I have a new, delicious and savory recipe for you and wonderful ideas that support a healthy and amazing lifestyle. Christmas is a wonderful time of the year when we love to get cozy with our loved ones and enjoy seasonal delights. This is actually the main reason why I have made this recipe series so that I can bring closer to you a few of my delicious recipes. It is so simple that you can now try making healthy goodies at home, on your own.

For this wonderful almond veggie bowl we need the following ingredients:
100 g almonds
3-4 medium carrots
1/2 zucchini
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
2-3 tbsp mix of seeds (sunflower, flax, pumpkin, chia etc).
We use a food processor to mix the almonds, carrots, zucchini, nutritional yeast, lemon juice and coconut oil until we have a crunchy consistency and then we get our mix from the food processor, we put it into a nice looking bowl and we cover it with a beautiful mix of seeds. We can also add some more nutritional yeast flakes on top for a little bit more savor, but no matter what you decide to try, it will definitely taste divine.

We can eat this veggie bowl all on its own or we can even mix it with some cashew dressing, or just serve it aside with some rice or millet. Just feel free to incorporate any other ingredients that you are craving for and enjoy the delight of eating healthy and fulfilling meals. You can also share this recipe with your lovely friends and family members and embrace the beauty of eating healthy foods together and fulfilling our beautiful bodies` needs and desires. The more we incorporate those healthy foods into a day to day lifestyle, the more we are going to actually crave them so that then we can reach the point of trusting our bodies when we are having cravings for specific foods. By tuning in to our bodies` organic wisdom and by listening to our bodies` needs we then learn to incorporate the foods that really do us good.
