Olive Avocado Spread

It looks like this week is avocado week. Of course, avocados are absolutely amazing and as I was saying in my previous post there is just something about those goodies that makes them so pleasing and delightful. Today`s recipe is a delicious and tasty veggie spread with the adorable avocado, some olives and lots of other delicious goodies. Spread the joy of eating healthy foods while enjoying a delicious veggies spread that everybody is going to love and be happy with just being in the moment, right here, right now, enjoying the abundance that is being present in your life, no matter what shapes and forms it might come in. It is amazing to be grateful for where we are right now and to appreciate the blessings from our lives, especially because simply by being grateful and aware we bring more awareness and more things and events to be grateful for in our amazing lives.

For this delicious avocado olive spread we need the following ingredients:

1 avocado

3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

olives

juice of one lemon

1/2 cup water

basil

oregano

a few cherry tomatoes.

First we blend the avocado with the nutritional yeast flakes, lemon juice, water and the cherry tomatoes until it gets a smooth and creamy consistency and then we add the basil and oregano and stir it with a spoon. Finally all we have to do is to just spread this delicious veggie cream on top of some rice cakes or even raw vegan crackers and enjoy it as a delicious snack, a healthy meal, or as an appetizer. Those avocado creamy spreads are absolutely divine.
