Today`s recipe is all about crunchiness, the energizing boost of cacao beans and a delicious creamy coconut filling. It simply sounds delicious and of course, it looks delicious to. Everybody loves chocolate and sweets, coconuts and chocolate bars and this recipe is all about finding healthy and amazing ways to enjoy those goodies and feel good about ourselves. Food is nourishment and food has to look amazing in order to help us fill happy, delighted and fulfilled with our amazing lives!

This delicious chocolate and coconut bars recipe has three simple layers so lets see what ingredients do we need for each of this tasty and savory goody.
First we have the crust of our wonderful raw vegan bars and for the crust we are going to use the following ingredients:
200 g mix of Brazil nuts, raisins, cashews, peanuts, hazelnuts
100 g coconut flakes
100 g rice flakes
3-4 tbsp coconut oil.
We use a food processor to mix all the ingredients for the crust until we get a thick and sticky consistency which we can then spread on the bottom of a nice form of choice and we go on to our next layer.
Our next layer is the coconut delight layer and for this delicious and creamy filling for our bars we are going to use only the following four ingredients:
200 g coconut flakes
1/2 cup coconut milk
3-4 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 tbsp agave nectar.
If the coconut oil is melted we can just simply mix them into a bowl and then spread this coconut cream on top of our crust. If the coconut oil is solid we just have to melt it first and then mix it with the other ingredients.

The final layer is our delicious raw vegan chocolate layer and for making this amazing chocolate filling for our bars we are going to use the following ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
3-4 tbsp coconut oil
3-4 tbsp cacao powder
3-4 tbsp agave nectar.
We can use a blender to blend all the ingredients for this layer until it gets perfectly smooth or if the coconut oil is already melted we can just simply mix them into a bowl and then pour this chocolate layer on top of our coconut layer and get ready to decorate our delicious bars. For decorating we can use coconut flakes, cacao beans and even peanuts or any other nuts of choice.
When we are done decorating all that is left is to just allow this beautiful dessert to settle for a while in the fridge and then we can take it out, slice our bars and enjoy them with our lovely friends and family members.
