Cherry tomatoes are absolutely great and they taste so delicious. I love adding them to my salads and also to all kinds of veggie spreads. I think that when it comes to the way I like to serve them most, I absolutely love to mix them with avocados and some lemon juice and of course lots of delicious spices and herbs. I love oregano and basil, ginger and turmeric, spices and herbs are great, they make any food taste so amazingly delicious.

For this delicious avocado and cherry tomatoes bowl we need the following ingredients:
1 avocado
juice of 1 lemon
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup baby spinach
basil, oregano.
We use a blender and blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy and in case we need to, we can add some water to make it easier to blend. Around 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup should be just about enough. When the avocado cream is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into a beautiful looking bowl and all that if left now is to just add some chopped cherry tomatoes and mix them with the avocado cream, sprinkle it with some seeds, nutritional yeast flakes and maybe even some chopped red bell pepper, dried tomatoes and olives on top of it and our cherry tomatoes and avocado spread is ready to be enjoyed.
