Crispy Salad Mix

Salads are just great and they definitely have to be colorful, fresh and crisp in order to be able to provide us lots of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are vital for our own health and well being. I love to make all my salads really colorful and beautiful and I just love to combine all kinds of textures and flavors in order to make a delicious and fulfilling salad that I will be really happy to enjoy. One thing that I love about salads is that they are so easy and simple to make, all we have to do is to just combine all kinds of veggies, leafy greens, legumes and even nuts and seeds, sprinkle with some spices or delicious nut or seed veggie spreads and our delicious salads are ready to be enjoyed.

Crispy Salad Mix 1

For this salad, for example, we need the following ingredients:

shredded beet

shredded carrot

mix of seeds

mix of leafy greans

yellow split peas

oregano

basil

nutritional yeast flakes.

You can just use as much as you wish of each of the ingredients and even feel free to use as little or as many ingredients as you desire. When you are done mixing all of the ingredients together, just sprinkle the salad with some more spices of choice, add some cold pressed oil if you wish and maybe even some delicious lemon juice.

When the salad is ready you can enjoy it right away and remember that you can always share it with your lovely friends and family members if you wish. Just enjoy the delicious tastes and textures of this salad and you are going to be amazed. When we feed ourselves properly we are actually able to be more connected to our own truth, have a clear state of mind and even have better results in our lives. Our well being starts with the choices that we make in order to feed ourselves well, both in terms of nutrition and also as a matter of emotional and mental well being.
