Morning Delight

Every single day of our lives is a new opportunity for ourselves to learn how to make better choices and to also make better choices as a part of a daily progress. The main thing about achieving a great and vibrant health is to be consistent with your views and with your conscious choices. Just keep doing them on a day to day basis and you will see that the more you do them, the more empowered you feel to actually live a better life. I think that we have all got our own fears and not so beautiful moments, but the good thing about living a conscious life is that no matter how big or how small are the choices that you make, it does matter and it is going to impact your life as well as the lives of others. When we make conscious and fulfilling choices we are also becoming a source of inspiration for others as well and also a proof that those things work and that they are really easy to incorporate on a day to day basis.

Of course every day starts in the morning and when we make a choice to nurture and nourish our bodies in a healthy and fulfilling way we are one step closer to achieving greatness in our beautiful lives. For me, it all starts in the morning and the foods that I choose to eat in the morning are the most important ones for the entire duration of the day. We are all unique and beautiful individuals and we do have to find our own timing and see what kinds of foods work best for ourselves, but no matter what, I truly believe that a delightful day starts with three key elements in mind: yoga or exercise, self reflection, introspection or any form of meditation and good, nourishing, vibrant food.

For this beautiful morning recipe, we need the following ingredients:

1 cup oat milk/drink

1/2 cup oat flakes

2 bananas

1 tbsp sunflower seeds

2 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp flax seeds

cinnamon.

First we use a blender to mix 1 banana with the oat milk and the coconut oil. When it all gets creamy and smooth, we take our mixture out of the blender and pour it into a nice looking bowl. Then we add onto the banana oat puree the other ingredients: 1 sliced banana, oat flakes, sunflower and flax seeds and of course our spicy cinnamon. Just feel free to decorate your morning bowl as you wish and explore what fits best your own taste buds.

When our morning delightful bowl is ready we can enjoy it right away and even share it with friends and other family members. They might be really enjoying it to so feel free to share it with them. This bowl is absolutely delicious, creamy and fulfilling. Many times people find it hard to be satisfied when eating lots of plant foods, but when it comes to oats, flax seeds and sunflower seeds, those are powerful sources of amazing nutrients as well as a great source of fiber and a delicious, creamy taste. Oat flakes are just amazing for a healthy and fulfilling meal in the morning and you can also use them to make all kinds of delicious recipes. Keep in mind that it does take a while to get used to the beauty of raw foods, but it is definitely a worthwhile journey, so just have faith that you are going to be in your best shape possible and embrace the vibrant energy of raw goodies!
