Avocado Pudding

Avocados are absolutely great and I just love them. They can be used for all kinds of delicious and amazing raw vegan recipes and they are great for both main dishes and desserts. Avocados are a great source of healthy fats and they are also so healthy and fulfilling. For this avocado pudding I have combined them with amazing pineapple slices and mixed them well in order to get a lovely and creamy texture that is so refreshing and sweet, just perfect for the summer times. Pineapples are wonderful for digestion and a lovely source of hydration during the summer time as well as a great source of lots of healthy and delicious plant based nutrients.

For this avocado pudding we need the following ingredients:

1 avocado

1 pineapple

3-4 tbsp agave nectar

100 g dried cranberries

100 g coconut flakes/ corn flakes or any other flakes of choices

cinnamon

sesame seeds.

First we just blend the avocado with the pineapple until we get a smooth and creamy consistency which we can then pour into our beautiful bowls of choice. Next, we add some agave nectar, dried cranberries and corn/coconut flakes. Finally we sprinkle our lovely pudding with some cinnamon powder and some sesame seeds and our delightful dessert is ready to be served.
