Turmeric Soup

Turmeric is great and since autumn is coming, now we have got to really take care of our immune system as well as take care of our bodies just like we usually do. It is such a great blessing to be able to cultivate abundance and grace into our lives, take care of our bodies in a beautiful and mindful way and also be able to make choices coming from a place of awareness and consciousness. We can all bring our contribution to the world in a positive and kind way as we learn to make better choices that are really nourishing to our bodies as well as being kind to the other living beings and the environment on Earth.

Today s recipe is a great combination of healthy fats, anti-inflammatory properties and delicious goodness along with a spicy touch and a warming feeling that invite us all to take a moment to be grateful for all the amazing gifts that have already being brought into our amazing lives.

Turmeric Soup

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 avocado

1 yellow bell pepper

1 cup water

1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

juice of 1 lemon

turmeric.

We use a blender to blend together all the ingredients for this delicious recipe until we get a smooth and creamy consistency, which we can then take out of the blender and pour into a nice looking bowl of choice. Finally, we can add some pumpkin seeds on top of our delicious soup or any other toppings of choice. We can serve it right away, next to a delicious greens salad and enjoy making healthy and delicious choices on a day to day basis.
