Avocado Spinach Spread

Today`s recipe is a delicious mix of healthy and nutritious sprouts with the creamy and tasty goodness of a raw vegan veggie spread. Sprouts are absolutely amazing for our health as they come packed with lots of nutrients and are a wonderful addition to a healthy balanced diet. Along with greens and healthy fats from the avocado, these little goodies are a delicious choice for a nutritious salad, a tasty snack or even a morning smoothie boost. YUM!

For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:

1 cup baby spinach

1 avocado

1/4 cup green olives

1/2 cup water.

All we have to do now is to just add all of our ingredients into a blender and blend until we get a smooth and creamy consistency which is going to be our delicious and nutritious healthy spread. Finally we can top it with some sprouts for a beautiful look and even more nutritional goodness and enjoy right away next to a delicious veggie salad, or along with some rice crackers, or even simply, by itself. This recipe tastes absolutely amazing, it is really easy to make and it makes eating raw foods so pleasant and beautiful.
