I love to try all kinds of salads and veggie bowls and have all kinds of veggies and leafy greens as well as spices and delicious healthy fats in my salads. I think that it is all about the way our food looks and if the food that we are eating is abundant, colorful and most importantly, appealing to us, than we are definitely going to want more of this amazing goodness. Fruits and veggies are naturally high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that our bodies need so much in order to function properly. When we make a conscious choice to take care of our lovely and amazing bodies, than our bodies are going to thank us in return by functioning at the best possible level.

For this amazing avocado bowl, we are going to use the following ingredients:
1/2 cup red cabbage
1/2 cup white cabbage
a few radishes
1 avocado
a few baby spinach leaves
3-4 tbsp of nutritional yeast flakes
a few pitted green olives.
We use a food processor to finely shred and chop the following ingredients: the red and white cabbage, the radishes and the pitted green olives. When we are done shredding and chopping those veggies we can move on to adding our mashed avocado and nutritional yeast to our lovely avocado bowl and yum, amazing deliciousness is ready to be served. Top or decorate with some baby spinach leaves, add some cereal flakes of choice for an even more fulfilling texture and enjoy the goodness of this beautiful looking raw vegan recipe.
