This is such a great time of the year because the holiday season is just so full of holiday cheer and joy. We all love the holiday season, we love to eat all kinds of goodies, delicious treats, relax and have lots of fun with our dear loved ones, that sometimes, perhaps we havent even seen for a long while, but now that holiday season is here we have got plenty of time to spend with our friends, family members and all the ones we truly love and care for. I love holiday season as well, especially for all the holiday cheer and good vibes, but what I love the most is that feeling of gratitude that I feel when another year has gone by and I am so grateful for all the amazing gifts that have been unfolding in my life, while also a new year is now here and ready to be filled with good vibes, good memories and lots of conscious choices and life adventures. YUM! Living a conscious and aware life is absolutely divine.

I think that what is really and truly amazing is that we do not have to feel that cheer and joy, gratitude and fulfillment only when the holiday season is here, for like a few weeks or maybe even just a few days for some people. No, no, no. We can take all this cheer, love and gratitude for all the beauty and all the amazing gifts that unfold in our lives with us for the whole new year. We can feel this feeling of inner quiet and peace each and every single day, all we have to do is to just make a conscious choice to be commited to awakening this feeling from inside of us every single morning. By taking care of our minds, bodies and souls we do learn to live better lives, more conscious lives and untimately more fulfilling lives. By bringing more awareness and gratitude in our lives, we make a conscious choice to welcome gratitude into our lives on a constant basis and gratitude just feels amazing when its being a part of a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
By feeding ourselves properly we show our bodies and the world that we do care for ourselves, our bodies and of course we care for the planet and all the ones surrounding us. Love is a gift that we can learn to cultivate: loving ourselves, loving others and loving the planet, it all starts with forgiveness for ourselves, our loved ones and the things that might be surrounding us. By cultivating a space for kindness and compassion to unfold as a natural way of being, we bring more love compasion and kindness into our own lives as well as the lives of other people that we might interact with as a way of navigating through our own unique journeys as amazing and beautiful individuals. We then get to love the lives that we live and be even more grateful for the Universes abundance that unfolds in our lives on a day to day basis.
