We all have a right to be who we really want to be and to be able to live the life of our dreams, but sometimes it might seem difficult to stand up for ourselves, speak our truth and make sure that we are being heard by our peers. So, what should we do when those kinds of situations occur? How do raw vegans handle things, especially difficult or more gentle things? Well, of course we are all human beings first of all, and then second of all the choices that we make for ourselves are 100% our full responsability, so the more able we are to take responsability for our own actions, thoughts and beliefs, the easier it gets for us all to handle even our most difficult situations.
From my own experience I have been able to notice that vegans do seem to be better equipt in order to be able to healthfully manage difficult situations. Why is it like this? Well, thats pretty simple: because vegans are more kind, compasionate and peaceful that any other human beings. As a result of living a kind and compasionate life, we do have the ability to be kind and compasionate even in though situations, to be able to listen to other people s opinions and even to be able to handle better all kinds of though situations. I am sure that living a kind and compasionate living is really contributing to shaping a peaceful and kind mindset as well as a kind and balanced set of life beliefs. This is really amazing! This actually means that we no longer have to worry about difficult situations that might unfold simply because when we choose a kind and compasionate way of being we are setting ourselves up to be prepared for pretty much any thing that might happen in our lives.

This being said, I do believe that it is important for all of us to take care of our mind, body and soul system simply because all of those three elements matter to the big picture and to the whole image that represents our amazing lives. Of course, cultivating a specific mindset might seem like it can be done only by appealing to the level of the mind, but it is actually a holistic thing, a matter of really being true and honest with ourselves as well as with the world surrounding us at all times. Living a kind and compasionate life is going to bring us more peace, while also making us more open to forgiveness and healing ourselves from the past.
