Going raw or making raw vegan choices during the summer time is really easy and fun, simply because during the summer time there is plenty of fresh produce available at the local markets, in supermarkets and even on the streets. YUM! Having such an abundance of fresh produce available for us at pretty much all times makes it simple and delicious to go raw during this season of the year. What I love about summer is that we can so easily hidrate our bodies by simply enjoying a variety of raw fruits and veggies, drink lots of water and even make delicious juices, smoothies and other healthy drinks.
All this abundance of colors and textures is great because it keeps us motivated and of course, happy, healthy and fulfilled. I love to enjoy delicious and crispy salads with delicious and creamy dressings, such as avocado creams or nuts and seeds spreads. Salads are filled with delicious nutrients and are also very hydrating and fulfilling for our bodies. During the summer time I also love to eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. I like to use veggies such as cucumber, bell peppers and tomatoes for my colorful salads and I like to use fruits for making delicious juices, smoothies or even fruits salads. Of course I also eat nuts and seeds, dried fruits and legumes, just like in the rest of the year, but during these times of the year I love to focus most on fresh fruits, salads and veggies.

Making healthy and fulfilling choices on day to day basis is a habbit just like any other habbit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habbit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.
