Veggie spreads are absolutely amazing and super delicious, they are also really filling and give us lots of nutritional benefits. Veggie spreads are really fun and easy to make and they also taste divine and look just WAW!. I love trying out and mixing all kinds of veggies, different colors, different textures and seeds or nuts, add a little bit of citrus juice, orange, lemon or even grapefruit and some nutritional yeast and YUM, this is how easy it is to make a delicious and nutritious raw vegan recipe in something like ten minutes or so.
Today`s recipe is a delicious mix of spicy and sweet and it looks super cute and it definitely tastes amazing. For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
10 small radishes
juice of 1 lemon
3-4 tbsp coconut flour
1/2-1 cup water
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 – 3 scallions
some dried basil and oregano.

We use a blender to mix all the ingredients together until we get a smooth and creamy consistency and then when our veggie spread is ready, we can take it out of the blender and put it into a nice looking bowl of choice. We can add some mixed seeds on top of it and some more chopped scallions to give it more texture and then we can serve it as it is or we can simply spread it on top of some delicious vegan or raw vegan crackers. YUM!
