Getting Out of Our Comfort Zones

For many of us it might seem difficult to step into another area than the one that we are usually grounded into: our comfort zone, while for others, stepping out of the comfort zone is a thing that they might do on a daily basis. There is no right or wrong way here, the only thing that matters is that at least from time to time we have got to see how that stepping out of our routines and areas of comfort might look like. Innevitably, life is always changing and bringing us new challenges and opportunities and while doing something diffferent or perhaps just in a different ways might look scary, the truth is that this is both a change or challenge as well as an opportunity to try something new, learn and grow. YUM!

From my own life experience, I have noticed that the more I resist change or getting out of my comfort zone when it is actually a neccesary thing, the more I then tend to struggle as I am resisting the actual unfolding of the event, but when I choose to just take a step back, let go of resistance and fully embrace the newsness and the freshness of new territories of life, the more connected with myself I then end up filling. Stepping away from old habbits and routins is sometimes really necessary in order to be able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest.

Trying out new things or new approaches in life is just as natural and organic as it could be simply because it is indeed a natural part of life. Things are always changing and sometimes even it might seem like it would be more comfortable to stay in the same spot that we have been for a while, for the long term it is not going to be that comfortable anymore, simply because we would then end up stagnating and not allowing our full potential to blossom and flow. When we choose to fully embrace new areas from which we would be experiencing life, then we are fully able to live a meaningful and amazing life, be and stay true to ourselves at all times and live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life on the long term.
