It`s winter time already so this means that now we get to indulge and be gentle with ourselves at the same time, take a little bit more care of our beautiful bodies by simply feeding ourselves properly. It is cold outside, we also have a little bit of snow in the city now, but this does not mean that we can not enjoy this weather. Winter is that time of the year when it is great to get cozy, dress ourselves with fluffy and warm clothes and enjoy some delicious and fulfilling holiday goodies. I know there are a lot of soups out there that are great for the winter season because they are filled with fats and warming spices, things that our bodies need so much right now, so that is why todays recipe is a beautiful avocado and cucumber soup, that you are just going to love.
For this beautiful and fulfilling recipe we are going to need the following ingredients:
2-3 small avocados
1 -2 cucumbers
1/2 vegan yogurt
juice of 1 lemon
3-4 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
3-4 tbsp cold pressed sunflower seeds oil
oregano
basil.

We use a blender and mix all the ingredients for this beautiful recipe until we get a smooth and creamy consistency. When the soup is ready, we can take it out of the blender and pour it into some nice looking bowls of choice. Next, we are going to chop 1 red bell pepper and 1 yellow bell pepper and stir the pieces into our beautiful soup to give it a nice texture. Finally, we are going to chop 2-3 stalks of celery and add them as well to the soup. We can also add some more nutritional yeast flakes, celery cubes, and a few sunflower seeds on top of our soup and our beautiful dishes are ready to be served. YUM!
