Its spring time now and it is such a beautiful times of the year. The weather is lovely and the sun is shinning all day long, it is just amazing. I have to say that this time of the year is my favorite moment in terms of seasonality and weather related things because it is just such a perfect surrounding for going out and taking long walks in nature, socializing with amazing people and just feeling great in our bodies. I love those spring months when all of the nature`s wonders and beauties come back to life again, and we as humans, also get to feel more alive, perhaps even more energized and more willing to get out of the house too. Starting our days in a good mood is a wonderful thing that we can do for ourselves in order to feel good through out the entire day, and the ways in which we can do so are pretty easy but also efficient at the same time. Some kind of movement is great in the morning as it sets to be ready and prepared for the day ahead and of course an amazing breakfast is great for giving us the fuel that we need in order to navigate through our daily life journeys.
Today`s recipe is a super delicious and nutritious mix of strawberries and oat flakes, with a gentle touch of cranberry goodness and coconut sweetness. Yum. This recipe is a great and nourishing way to start out our days energized and ready to accomplish all of our most beautiful desires and dreams.
For this recipe we are going to use the following ingredients:
1 cup oat drink
1/2 cup gluten free oat flakes
2-3 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp mixed seeds (sunflower, flax seeds)
2-3 tbsp agave nectar
2-3 tbsp coconut oil.

We add all the ingredients to a bowl of choice and ix them all together until we get a smooth and pudding like consistency. The chia seeds are actually the ones that absorb the liquid and turn it all into a soft pudding. Chia seeds are super amazing. Then, we get to the decorating part of preparing an awesome breakfast bowl. We slice up some strawberries and place them on top of the oat and chia mix, add some cranberries and coconut flakes and our delicious and nutritious breakfast is ready to be served. This recipe can be enjoyed right away or it can be prepared in the evening, left over night in the fridge and then served the next day.
