There comes a moment in our lives when we are facing big challenges and we might be asking ourselves: what is the right thing to do right now and yes, the truth is that sometimes it might feel very difficult to answer this question, but in fact, the answers are always there, inside of us, waiting for us to tap into our inner wisdom and connect to that higher guidance that is available for us all, at all times. I know from my own experience that when I find myself in a challenging situation, where I a looking for finding the things that just fits right for me, there is no better wisdom than the guidance from our higher selves as well as the guidance from our inner wisdom. Still it might seem difficult to listen to that guidance or that inner voice, especially when the outside voices, voices of the society norms or pressure or even of well meaning people who just want or seem to want what is best for us, just take our attention from what we should be mostly focused on: our truth, our wishes, our needs. This is not about being selfish, but instead, it is about listening to our truth in order to be able to make choices that best fit into our own unique needs, desires and personal goals.

I have seen it many times and it happened to me as well, to just forget about my own truth or vision or just go with the outer flow, but at some point along the way, as things start to feel out of sync, I got the message from the Universe that I have to take a step back and reevaluate the path that I have embarked myself upon. Sometimes, those wake up calls come in the form of a gentle and friendly reminder and I just need a few moments to get right back on track, my track, the one that leads me to living that way that is meaningful and purposeful according to my own unique desires and needs, and some other times, the wake up call looks more like a pretty painful situation, but no matter in which way it might show up, it is still a super valuable insight that helps us and guides us to get back on track. I used to blame those painful experiences until a point where I realized that they where only painful as I was resisting some necessary changes, but when resistance has been released, I have been finally able to see those challenges more as amazing opportunities for learning and growth, and than of course be grateful for the process and fully enjoy the journey as it unfolds.
