Berry Chia Coconut Pudding

I believe there is no better gift that we can give ourselves, as well as inspire others, than the gift of living a healthy, balanced raw vegan lifestyle. I am constantly amazed by all the wonderful benefits that I continue to discover and of the amazing ways in which I can always keep improving my overall state of well being and health. It all starts with a few simple steps and then its all just natural. Todays recipe is a super nutritious and delicious pudding that is perfect to be served as breakfast to just give us all the energy that we need to start our days, but it can also be served as a dessert, or a snack if you would prefer so. It is super filling, it tastes divine and of course, it looks divine too.

For this recipe, we are going to need the following ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk

2-3 tbsp chia seeds

2-3 tbsp coconut flakes

berries of choice: I used blueberries and blackberries

cinnamon.

This recipe is also great as it does not require any other kitchen equipment to be made, just a spoon and a bowl, and magic is ready to be done. We are going to bring together into a bowl of choice the coconut, milk, chia seeds and coconut flakes, and mix them well until we get a thick, pudding like consistency. Then, when the pudding is ready we can also add the berries and sprinkle some cinnamon on top of it. If you want to boost it even more, feel free to add on top of the pudding some aronia powder as well. It will taste absolutely divine. Also, please feel free to add any healthy sweetener of choice if you desired, I just found out lately that with the sweetness of the berries, I do not really need any extra sweetness.
