Having a Morning Routine

While for some people this might seem like an obvious choice to make and embrace on a day to day basis, there might still be people out there in the world who do not rely so much on this idea of having a regular morning practice. Since this ideas has been very valuable for me personally from the moment I started to implement it until this present moment, in which it is still an unfolding valuable practice, I have decided that in this week`s post I would like to share with you why this has been so beneficial for me personally, why am I still implementing it and getting great value out of doing this and of course how it actually looks my own morning practice, so that you can just get a sense of what this actually means for me and how I am choosing to manifest it on a daily basis.

Morning is one of the most important, if not the most important moment of the day for us to set the tone for our days, see clearly which direction we are moving towards and whether or not we are in sync with our truth and our overall goals and even life direction. How we start our days has been proven more and more to be having a powerful impact onto how the rest of the day unfolds, how we perceive it and even how efficient we can be and able to show up fully and bring our best into the world. By taking just a few moments to tune into our inner truth during the morning can be a wonderful way to acknowledge where we are at, where we are headed towards and whether or not we are on the right course towards that path, goal that we would like to see manifest. Starting the day with a prayer of gratitude for the opportunities that are about to unfold opens the divine doors for even more goodness to unfold into our lives. Those are just a few reasons why I find that having a morning routine can be super powerful, effective and super motivating and energizing.

For me personally, my own morning routine is all about checking in with myself to see how am I feeling and in generally how am I showing up into the world on that particular day. Then it is also about feeling safe, secure, at home and at peace with myself, which naturally results from this checking in with myself that I just mentioned. This is why I include writing in my journal into my morning routine, as well as reading something inspirational or motivational, something that keeps me going and motivates me to work towards manifesting my dreams and sometimes I even include visualizing if I am working on a specific outcome that I might want to see manifest. Most of the times is just putting it all down on paper that actually makes everything feel more palpable and come closer to turning into something real and tangible and of course that is why I love to journal and set goals for myself on a regular basis. It helps me define what I want and by daily getting in touch with my goals I get to actively engage with all those dreams, desires in order to make them manifest.

Like many people do, I also enjoy having a tea or some kind of a warm drink and to exercise in the morning. Most times I also love to have a green super empowering and energizing smoothie along with my writing in my journal practice. Last but not least, I also do my yoga practice as a part of my morning routine and I can say that for me, this has been super helpful to set up my mood and tone for the day. Yoga is great for me in the morning as I get to exercise, move my body, while also focusing on balancing my mind and body connection. I love my morning practice as I am constantly looking forward towards learning and growth, and having this established as part of my me time on a day to day basis, definitely helps with all other events or challenges that might unfold during the day.
