It is the season to be jolly and I just love it so much. It is a season for sharing and caring and spending amazing time with our loved ones and just simply remind ourselves that life is trully and fully meant to be joyful and magic. Not just during the holiday season, but in fact all year long. It is a good start to become more meaningful about how and where we do spend our time and energy the most and start making conscious and fullfilling choices on a day to day basis. It is not about being perfect or doing everything perfectly, not at all, it is about enjoying life as it unfolds and celebrating our existences each and every single day of our lives, just as we do celebrate with tender love and care the winter holiday season. It is all such an amazing blessing to be surrounded by our families and friends and people that we care for, enjoy some good and delicious foods and just enjoy each sip of the holiday season. Its such a wonderful and inspiring time to be living in right now. Decorating our homes, getting together, singing and dancing, its all so magic, reading a good book, enjoying some Christmas songs, embracing a Christmas story, all those things give us light, inspiration and hope, hope for a better future as a new year approaches and gets ready to unfold.

Over the years I have posted all kinds of super delicious and nutritious recipe ideas for Christmas and for the entire holiday season theme, so that is why, this year I have decided to just focus more on being grateful for this amazing and beautiful time of the year and all the goodness that the year has brought so far, as we get ready to soon celebrate a new year as it unfolds and get ready to make more and more conscious and fullfilling, nourishing and delicious choices, on a regular basis. Making healthy and fulfilling choices on a day to day basis is a habit just like any other habit and it requires repetition in order to became second nature, but as soon as our bodies and our minds get used to the new habit, then everything unfolds naturally, in a healthy, balanced way. I truly believe that when we take care of our bodies and nourish ourselves with the most nutritious and fulfilling plant based foods available to us at all times, then we are really able to reach our full potential and live life to its fullest. Life is made to be lived with a sense of purpose and meaning, and by practicing conscious eating we are bringing meaning and purpose into our lives, therefore redefining our sense of health and well being in general and living a happy, healthy and fulfilling life as a result.
