Today I am going to share with you a wonderful and simply delightful breakfast recipe that is just super delicious and nutritious and it does the body good. It has a lovely and creamy texture from the oats and its also packed with fiber from the flax seed, its simple and easy to make and not only that but, its also filled with lots of antioxidants and goodness from the berries and of couse the cinnamon. I just love making puddings and fiber mix recipes for breakfast, I find them absolutely delicious and filling and a wonderful way to start the day. I also love berries because, now, during the summer season they are easy to find and also seasonal and fresh. Yum!

For this amazing delicious and nutritious recipe we are going to need the following ingredients:
1 / 2 cup of small oats
2 – 3 tbsp fiber mix or just flax seed
2 – 3 tbsp coconut flakes
1 cup almond or coconut milk, or really any other nut milk of choice
1 / 2 cup berries of choice, I got blueberries for mine
1 -2 tsp of cinnamon to sprinkle on top.
We mix all the ingredients together, except for the cinnamon and a few of the oatflakes, as well as some berries, we allow the mixture to get to the desired fluffy and creamy texture and then we add the last berries, stir it up and top the delicious oats pudding mix with some oat flakes and some cinnamon powder on top as well for a beautiful and delightul look. Now it is ready to be served. This delicious and nutritious breakfast recipe can be served right away, or you can keep it in the fridge for later servings for up to two days and of couse, you can even take it with you on the go. Yum!
