As the autumn season is settling in for this years seasonal changes, I find it useful and meaningful to share with you once again how much I just value and appreciate the simple things in life, not just simple and easy to make recipes and raw vegan goodies but also just super simple and easy to implement practices that can really change the unfolding of our day to day lives and make us feel at least a bit better, more in awe of the beauties surrounding us at all times and perhaps even more open towards gratitude and a mindful life. I absolutelly love and adore my daily practices which I also shared here on the blog before and wrote about, those being daily yoga, daily meditation, daily journaling as well as daily walks. Today I just want to take some time and space to reflect on the idea of daily movement, daily walks and the importance of integrating and embracing nature as well as a meaningful part of our day to day journeys. Living in the city can be tiring, as well as working indoors or just spending most of our day or night time indoors, in our homes, in our offices or simply and more adecquated lately in our home offices. But still, there are always things that can be done and should be done about that in order to improve the quality of our lives and live more meaningful and connected lives. Nature deffinitely plays a huge role in all of that, and as we move into the modern culture, going further and further away from nature and more into technology and integrating the benefits of technology and cars and all those goodies, which we are totally blessed to have access to, we might forget about that nature part of ourselves that we also need to connect to and embrace from time to time in order to be able to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.

For me it is all about simply just taking time and space for ourselves to just be with ourselves. Involving nature into our day to day routines and practices can sometimes be challenging but it is deffinitely a challenge that is worth taking on and adventuring into. The rewards that we are going to collect for being able to make a commitment towards that are just mindblowing. It is essential for us to move our bodies on a day to day basis, even though some of us might have forgotten about it or just simply not been able or willing to prioritize it. But the good thing is that we can always get back to it, back to our nature, the nature surrounding us and all the fresh air, seasonal flavours and just the joy of life and make a conscious choice to do our best to integrate those reconnection practices into our day to day routines and just watch and see what unfolds from there. Nature is a good reminder for us all to just take a step back, trust the process or the timing of the process and just enjoy the journey, our lives, as it, as they unfold. It is all such a blessing and it is all such a powerful way to reconnect to our truth and live our lives to the fullest. We can trully and fully do anything and everything we set our minds to, we are amazing beings of light, we are constantly growing, healing and evolving, so we do desserve what is best for ourseves, for our loves ones and for the whole wide worlds. Its all good, its all working our for the greater good, its all going to be good. When you feel lost, just take a walk, reconnect with nature, reconnect with your inner truth and guidance from withing, listen and receive what unfolds. Follow the light and the light shall guide you, stay open, breath deeply and live life to its fullest, as it all works out for the best in the end.
