I love to try from time to time new options or alternatives for cheese or cheesy foods, of course vegan, that might be coming out on the market just in the latest months or just became available in the area where I live. While I also tried making my own cheese spreads or just simple cheese blocks, I have not been so good at it, therefore, while the raw vegan options like almond or cashew based I do manage to make pretty tasty, for the other options I just prefer to look out there and find out what the vegan market and vegan producers or companies are offering.
Verdino has been for a long time among my favorites for cheese blocks and cheese slices, thay also lots lots of vegan alternatives to other normally meat based products, but I have to admit I haven`t really been tring so many of their other products, but as previously mentioned I love their cheeses, they taste amazing and also have a great texture and super clean, simple ingredients and my favorite of all their products are coconut based so I admit it, I just adore those great vegan options.
Another cheese option that I have just found lately, meaning this week is the blue cheese from GreenVie, also really tasty, cheesy and interesting cheese block. I like that they use the spirulina flakes to add the blueness to the cheese, its just absolutelly wonderful to see so many creative and delicious alternatives to normally animal based product that are getting out on the market and becoming more and more available for people on a regular basis. Its just such a loving and revolutionizing time that we are living in right now, having access to all the goodness of the planet, embracing good practices and spreading the vegan lifestyle with love, ease, and grace.

Of course, we always have the option as mentioned in the beggining of this week`s post of making our own cheeses or cheese spreads, of course as well there are out there on the market not only vegan options but also raw vegan options, soy free or nut free, literally in this day and age sky is the limit as things continue to thrive, grow and develop and as we welcome more and more vegan products or vegan alternative products on the market so that we can live a life free of suffering and focussed on peace, compassion and kindness.
There are always options out there, choices to make and the responsabily for our own wellbeing and health is trully and fully ours. We can make better choices, be better informed and learn to thrive as we move through our daily lives with love, ease and grace. We have the power as well to contribute to the spread of love, kindness and compassion through out the entire planet, and to all living beings, as we are all interconnected and connected with the planet that we leave on. We can and we do make choices that matter and that by staying in tune with our selves and our truth contribute in one way or another to our own good and to the greater good.
